Competing: Fiji, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Vanuatu
More: This event is held every four years, with the winner also being invited to the 2017 Confederations Cup in Russia.

Fun Fact: Don't think it's a slam dunk for New Zealand: Tahiti is the defending champion, with their first-ever title in 2012. And, the U-23 New Zealanders failed to qualify for the Olympics after a disqualigfication allowed Fiji to take that continental spot.
