More: The eight-stop World Cup ends in Doha for the final point accumulation of the season in swimming's 32 events for men and women.

Fun Fact: This is the first Cup to feature a long-course pool. The overall winners and defending champions from 2014 are South Africa's Cameron van der Burgh and Hungary's Katinka Hosszu.

What: The 2015 ITTF Women's World Cup

Where: Sendai, Japan

When: October 30 - November 01, 2015

More: The Women's World Cup has been held annually since 1996; the top-ranked twenty players compete in combination of round robin and single elimination to crown the champion.

Fun Fact: Chinese athletes have won every title, led by Zhang Yining's four total (last in 2005).

When: October 17 - 25, 2015

More: This is the final and championship stop of the 2015 World Cup, for both recurve and individual archery, after four rounds across the globe earlier in the year.

Fun Fact: Only the top seven archers from the year in each of the four events - men's and women's recurve and compound - will compete

Competing: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Ecuador, England, France, Germany, Guinea, Honduras, Mali, Mexico, New Zealand, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Syria, United States

More: First held in 1985 for Under-16's, this is the sixteenth championship.

Fun Fact: Nigeria is the most successful nation, with five titles, including the latest 2013 championship. Brzail has three titles.

October 16:  Men's Table Tennis World Cup

Where: Halmstad, Sweden

When: October 16 - 18, 2015

More: Held annually since 1980, the World Cup features the top ranked twenty players competing in combination of round robin and single elimination play to determine the champion.

Fun Fact: Zhang Jike of China is the defending champion from 2014. Chinese men have won 21 of 36 titles, including the last five.
