Who Won The 2022 World Taekwondo Championships?

The 2022 World Taekwondo Championships were held in Guadalajara, Mexico from November 13 - 20.

Originally scheduled for Wuxi, China and relocated and delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, these were the 25th edition of the championships since 1973. And, this was the second time a Mexican city has hosted since 2013 in Puebla.

Eight champions were crowned in both men's and women's events across various weight classes, representing more than 120 competitors from 70 nations.
​Team Mexico topped the medal table in the end with six overall (three gold), with Team China at six overall as well. Congratulations to all the champions! Complete coverage can be found online  at worldtaekwondo.org.
