Who Won the 2022 World Wrestling Championships?

Team USA and Team Japan topped the medal table with seven golds each, but the Americans led the overall count 15 medals to 13 for the Japanese. Team Iran finished with ten overall, while Teams Turkey and Azerbaijan had seven each.
Note: The Paris 2024 Olympics will only feature six weight classes for each of the three disciplines, versus the 10 each in Worlds' competition. The Olympic weight classes are:
- 57kg, 65kg, 74kg, 86kg, 97kg, and 125kg (men's freestyle)
- 50kg, 53kg, 57kg, 62kg, 68kg, and 76kg (women's freestyle)
- 60kg, 67kg, 77kg, 87kg, 97kg, and 130kg (men's Greco-Roman)
