Who Won The 2023 IBU Biathlon World Championships?

The 53rd Biathlon World Championships concluded today, after competition in Oberhof, Germany's 'winter sports center' that had started on February 8th.

The annual championships are held annually, and Germany has hosted seven times previously, including in Oberhof in 2004 and in Ruhpolding in 1979, 1986, 1996, and 2012.

12 events were held, including five each for men and women (sprint, individual, pursuit, mass start and team relay), with two mixed relays. Team Norway took the overall medal table with 13, led by star Johannes Thingnes Boe's three individual golds. Team Sweden's Hanna Oeberg was the only other multiple gold winner, with two.
