Who Won The 2023 ISSF World Shooting Championships' Olympic Classes?
The 53rd ISSF World Shooting Championships continue in Baku after a start last week. A staggering 61 events are being held in the Azerbaijani capital across pistol, rifle, and shotgun competitions for men, women, and mixed teams. Although, only 15 of those events are also part of the Olympic program: 10 meter air pistol and 25meter rapid fire pistol for men and women, 10 meter air rifle and 50 meter rifle three positions for men and women, skeet and trap for men and women, and mixed team competition in 10 meter air pistol, 10 meter air rifle, and skeet.
Competition in the those Olympic class events has now concluded, with 48 Paris 2024 allocation spots also awarded across these events in addition to crowning world champions.

Side note: This is the first time that the now-quadrennial championships have been held in a Former Soviet Republic, although Moscow did host in 1958 and 1990.
