Who Won The 2024 World Women's Curling Championship?
Entering 2024, Team Canada's 17 titles and 36 overall podium finishes had them firmly the all-time medal winner, followed by Teams Sweden and Switzerland with 25 and 17 overall medals, respectively. The Swiss came to Sydney as the quadruple defending champions, skipped by Silvana Tirinzoni.
In this year, Team Canada again won the title, but for the first time since 2018, with Tirinzoni's Swiss team coming up just short. The South Koreans bronze was their third podium finish in five years.
